AGENCY COORDINATION [M]

Coordination with the Texas Department of State Health Services (DSHS), local office of emergency management agencies (OEMs), law enforcement agencies, local health departments, and fire/EMS departments in the event of an emergency or critical incident is essential in all phases of emergency management: prevention, mitigation, preparedness, response, and recovery.
