Contracts

If a student organization is doing business with off-campus organizations for goods and services, chances are a written contract will be required. Students are not authorized to sign contracts or otherwise enter into agreements on behalf of Blinn

College. Advisors should consult the Office of SLA with specific questions about Blinn College policy with respect to contracts. All contracts must be approved by the Legal Department of the Blinn College District and signed by the Chancellor or his/her designee.

The Blinn College District is accredited by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges (SACSCOC) to award associate degrees. The Blinn College District also may offer credentials such as certificates and diplomas at approved degree levels.
