Our Mathematics Program provides a solid foundation in mathematics with courses that cover topics such as calculus, linear algebra, differential equations, statistics, and discrete mathematics. With these skills in hand, our students transfer to some of the state’s leading bachelor’s degree programs, including Texas A&M, Texas State, the University of Houston, Sam Houston State, the University of Texas at Austin, the University of North Texas, Southern New Hampshire University, and more.

Program FAQ
Through the CAPS Program, we offer a co-enrollment partnership with the University of Houston-Victoria (UHV) that allows you to earn your Associate of Science in Mathematics from Blinn and your Bachelor of Science in Math from UHV.

Speak to an academic advisor at your university of choice to see how Blinn credits will apply toward your specific degree plan.
Blinn graduates have gone on to pursue successful careers in a variety of math-related fields, including engineering, finance, data analysis, education, and scientific research. According to the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics, math occupations earned a median salary of $98,680 in 2021.
