Our Mathematics Program provides a solid foundation in mathematics with courses that cover topics such as calculus, linear algebra, differential equations, statistics, and discrete mathematics. With these skills in hand, our students transfer to some of the state’s leading bachelor’s degree programs, including Texas A&M, Texas State, the University of Houston, Sam Houston State, the University of Texas at Austin, the University of North Texas, Southern New Hampshire University, and more.
Degree Plan
The Associate of Science degree in Mathematics provides students the general education and mathematics courses traditionally taken in the first two years of a mathematics program at a four-year college or university.

Through the CAPS Program, a co-admissions partnership with the University of Houston-Victoria (UHV), you can earn your AS in Mathematics from Blinn and your Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from UHV.

Through the CAPS Program, we offer a co-enrollment partnership with the University of Houston-Victoria (UHV) that allows you to earn your Associate of Science in Mathematics from Blinn and your Bachelor of Science in Math from UHV.
