New F-1 International Student Admissions Checklist
(Students who need to apply for the F-1 visa in their country in order to study in the United States. Includes individuals who previously had an I-20 but it is no longer active and students changing their status to F-1)
Admissions Deadline:
All Initial Admission documents must be submitted to Blinn College before the F-1 international admissions deadline. An I-20 will not be issued until the student has completed the admissions process. The acceptance letter and I-20 will be sent once the Finalization Admission documents are completed.
Initial Admissions Documents:
Initial Admission items should be submitted through the student’s myBlinn portal using the Admissions Forms icon. Click the items below to be directed to the submission portal (you must have your myBlinn log-in). Some items can only be temporarily accepted via the portal, see these items as noted by the * below.

Finalization Admissions Documents:
Once the student completes the initial admissions step the finalization form will be sent to the student via email. The finalization form contains all three items listed below for the student to complete.
