Welcome to Marketing and Communications

The Office of Marketing and Communications supports the mission and objectives of Blinn College through the development, management and implementation of the college’s marketing and media relations programs.

Working in partnership with the college administration, faculty, staff and student organizations, our department creates and maintains a consistent, positive and dynamic image for Blinn College. The MMR Department:

  • Designs, coordinates, writes, and produces all college publications and marketing materials (internal and external newsletters, brochures, flyers, posters, etc.)
  • Manages all aspects of media relations, including press releases, media interviews and press conferences
  • Creates, oversees, and buy newspaper, magazine, TV and radio advertisements
  • Develops and coordinates the design and content the Blinn website
  • Oversees all college social media outlets

Marketing Services
Our specialists will help you raise awareness for your program by determining the best marketing strategies and tools to reach your target audience.

Web Development
Marketing and Communications manages the overall design and function of the Blinn website. We can provide support to those wishing to utilize the approved Blinn website template.

Publications/Creative Services
Marketing and Communications oversees the printing process of marketing materials at Blinn College, which includes the initial print job design, cost estimation, printing and distribution.
