Brochures make handy giveaway items at events in which you want to provide students and their parents a summary of your program and its top selling points before directing them to your website for more information. For projects that require relatively little explanation for the audience to understand what your program is, we often recommend rack cards instead. Please note that we recommend orders of at least 100. Estimate at least 4 business weeks for project completion and delivery.

Brochure prices can vary widely according to the size (single fold, 4-panel, 6-panel), ink, bleed, paper weight, etc.). The Marketing Department will work with you to determine the best options for your project.

Event invitations ensure that you have an audience for your special event. Blinn’s standard event invitations are single-sided, 5” x 7” pieces with white, uncoated covers and blank envelopes to match. Please provide 1-2 business weeks for project completion.

Anticipated prices (please note that these are intended merely as a guide and do not represent an actual bidded price): $41 for 100 invites, plus $12 for blank envelopes; $57 for 200 invites, plus $24 for blank envelopes; $73 for 300 invites, plus $36 for blank envelopes.

Event programs allow your guests to follow along with your event agenda and better identify speakers. Please provide 2-3 business weeks for project completion.

Commonly sent at least one month in advance of the event, save-the-date notices allow your guests to plan on attending before they receive their official invitation. Blinn’s standard save-the-date notices are single-sided, 6” x 4” pieces with a white, uncoated cover and blank envelopes to match. Please provide 2-3 business weeks for production and delivery.

Marketing Department staff often are available to attend College events and take photos that can be used in future marketing materials, press releases, and other marketing initiatives. Please provide at least one week of advance notice. Subject to availability.

Flyers can be great, inexpensive methods for informing the public of your event, program, or initiative. Flyers work best when they are placed directly in the hands of the intended audience and are less effective when placed on a wall or table. Please provide 2-3 weeks for production and delivery, plus at least 1-2 weeks to distribute or hang the flyers. Due to time constraints, the Marketing Department reserves the right to decline requests for 50 or fewer flyers.

Anticipated prices (please note that these are intended merely as a guide and do not represent an actual bidded price): $0.26 apiece for quantities between 100 and 500.

Please provide 3-4 weeks for production and delivery. Due to time constraints, the Marketing Department reserves the right to decline requests for fewer than 50 flyers. Prices depend upon the requested dimensions.

If you will be handing a number of different printed pieces to prospective students to describe your program, a custom folder may help you organize those materials and make them stand out. Please provide 3-4 weeks for production and delivery. The manufacturer's minimum order is 250 folders.

The Marketing Department loans out its 10-foot and 20-foot Blinn College-branded backdrops, providing the perfect background for your event. In most cases, the requestor is responsible for pickup and setup (this simple process takes 10-15 minutes and works best with two people) and for any repair or replacement required. Backdrops can be returned to the Marketing Department on a subsequent day. 

Custom-designed posters can help promote your program or event on campus. Please provide 2-3 business weeks for production and delivery. Due to time constraints, the Marketing Department reserves the right to decline requests for fewer than 20 posters.

Pull-up banner stands can be set in public spaces to advertise your program, or brought with you to events to add branding and attract attention. Please provide 3-4 weeks for production and delivery.

Blinn press releases can be sent to media throughout the College’s service area and to select communities within the service area. Please provide 1-2 weeks for production.

The Marketing Department can share news and photos of your event on its social media channels, quickly and easily reaching a sizeable audience interested in Blinn and its programs.

Campus TV graphics provide a free opportunity to reach students, faculty, staff, and visitors on all Blinn campuses. Please provide 1-2 business weeks for project completion and at least 2 weeks for the graphic to appear on the monitors. Requests that do not allow at least 2 weeks of promotion time will be less effective and may be declined due to time constraints.
