Blinn College District Administrative Regulations

Administrative regulations are created/revised by College District personnel to provide procedural guidelines for carrying out Board policies per Board policy BE(LEGAL & LOCAL).  In the event an administrative regulation is found to conflict with Board policy, the Board policy shall supersede.

In order to add, revise, or delete an administrative regulation, you must seek approval from the Chancellor.  Administrative Procedures are maintained by the Office of the General Counsel.  If you have any questions, please contact Sandra Horne at 979-830-4348.
