Payment plans let you make multiple smaller payments, so you won’t have to pay everything at the beginning of each semester.
Payment Methods

Payment Plan Fees
- $30 non-refundable enrollment fee per semester (fall and spring)
- $30 returned payment fee if a payment is returned for any reason
How to Enroll in a Payment Plan
- Log in to myBLINN
- From the “Admission and Registration” card, click on “Pay My Bill”
- Follow the directions provided by Flywire
Payment Plan Rebalancing
Changes made to your student account, such as adding or dropping classes, while enrolled in a payment plan will result in the installment payment plan rebalancing and adjusting future payments.
- Adjustments made 10 days prior to auto pay will adjust the upcoming payment up or down.
- Adjustments made within 10 days of the next scheduled payment will only adjust down.
Things to Know
- If your down payment fails, your agreement will automatically terminate. Your classes are then at risk of being dropped.
- Payments will be processed automatically until your balance is paid in full.
- When entering a payment source, check and recheck your bank information, including your routing number and account number, or your credit card information, including your 16-digit card number.
- Once a payment has been submitted, it cannot be canceled.
- After two missed payments, the payment plan will be canceled, and the balance will be due immediately.

Additional Information
The Blinn College District is making education affordable to students by providing an option to pay tuition, fees, room, and board in monthly installments through Flywire.
A student who fails to make full payment for their balance due, including incidental fees, by the final payment due date will be prohibited from registering for classes until the balance due is paid in full. A student who fails to make payment prior to the end of the semester may be denied credit for the work done that semester.
The payee, Blinn, reserves the right to withdraw the student from class if the note, or balance due, is not paid in full by the final payment due date. If the promisor, the student, is withdrawn and subsequently pays the balance due in full, the promisor may petition the Registrar, through Enrollment Services, for reinstatement.
Students who default on an installment plan through Flywire may have future installment plan privileges revoked by Blinn.
