Blinn College-Waller is located in a dedicated wing at Waller ISD’s W.C. Schultz Junior High School at 20950 Field Store Road.
The campus is open to Blinn students from 5:00 to 9:00 p.m., Monday through Thursday and from 9:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. on Saturdays.
Parking is available in the designated lot outside the Blinn College entrance on Field Store Road. This lot will be the first right turn for drivers on Field Store Road as they approach the campus from Highway 290. Students do not need a Blinn parking permit to use this lot.

Yes. All Blinn students are eligible for both scholarships and financial aid. To complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA), visit the 2024-2025 FAFSA Form.
