Article V: Organization Officers & Duties
President
- Attends and presides over all meetings
- Encourages teamwork and delegates responsibilities
- Recruits and markets the organization
- Serves as spokesperson and leads event planning

Vice President
- Oversees special and standing committees
- Assumes duties of President in their absence
- Completes other duties as assigned

Secretary
- Takes attendance and meeting minutes
- Maintains records and correspondence
- Distributes minutes to members
- Transferable Skills: Administration, Record Keeping
Treasurer
- Maintains financial records and budget
- Coordinates dues and fundraising
- Transferable Skills: Financial Management, Fundraising
Officer Election Process:
Officers shall be elected before and will serve a term of .
Article VI: Organization Decision Making Model
As a general rule, (Organization Name) shall use
(majority vote, consensus, officer vote, etc.) to make decisions.

Article VIII: Organization Advisor
Any full-time staff or faculty member is eligible to be an advisor. The advisor will be selected by the officers and appointed annually.

Article IX: Organization Funds
Funds shall be acquired through approved fundraising activities.
Article X: Amending the Constitution
This constitution may be amended by a two‑thirds vote of all present voting members. Proposed amendments must be submitted at least one week prior to voting.
Article XI: Enabling Clause
This constitution shall go into effect on upon approval by a two‑thirds vote of all present voting members.
