Student Conduct Statement
As an institute of higher education, Blinn College District intends for the student conduct process to be a learning experience that promotes growth, behavioral change, and personal understanding of one's responsibilities, the consequences of one's actions, and the impact of those actions. The Student Conduct Office supports this educational approach by educating students about community expectations and values through a comprehensive approach of formal and informal options that uphold standards and promote a civil learning environment.
Student Conduct Educational Courses
Students who have been assigned an educational sanction by the Student Conduct Office may be required to complete an online educational course. To enroll, visit https://account.3rdmil.com/enrollment, enter the course code assigned to you, and complete the enrollment process. A $60 course fee is due at the time of enrollment.
Enrollment Tips
- You may log in and out as needed until the course is complete.
- A Completion Certificate will be emailed to you after successfully finishing the course.
- Credit, debit, and prepaid cards are accepted for payment.

Student Conduct Process FAQ
Check your Blinn Buc email for a mandatory meeting request from the Student Conduct office.
If you do not receive an invitation to meet within 10 days, call the Office of Title IX and Student Conduct at 979-830-4643.
Additional points may be assessed. If you have a scheduling conflict, propose a new meeting time in your Outlook Calendar beforehand. If you have an emergency, call the Office of Title IX and Student Conduct at 979-830-4643.
You can appeal the decision by completing a disciplinary appeal form by the due date provided in the vacate notice emailed by the Housing and Residence Life Department.
No. All students must adhere to the date given to vacate their housing assignment to avoid being cited for criminal trespassing.
The appeal process could take up to three weeks.
No. The College District has designed the disciplinary point system to promote the consideration and safety of all community members. The College District assesses violations utilizing the disciplinary point system, at the discretion of the Student Conduct Coordinator. The College District may expel any student who accumulates six (6) or more points. Points do not expire and remain part of the student’s educational record even if the student withdraws and subsequently reenrolls at the College District.
