Admission Criteria
To receive an application:
- Prospective students must be TSI compliant in Reading and Writing and have attempted a math intervention course if not compliant in Math before entering the program.
- Prospective students must average a “C” or higher in the following prerequisite courses by the end of the spring semester prior to the fall semester start:
- BIOL 2401 - Anatomy and Physiology I
- BIOL 2402 - Anatomy and Physiology II
- ENGL 1301 - Composition and Rhetoric
- RADR 1309 - Introduction to Radiography and Patient Care (online at Blinn only)

- Prospective students must complete the ATI TEAS test.
Our application information can be found on our Application Process page. The application cycle is only open during each spring semester from January 1 to March 31. Incomplete applications received during this time will not be considered.
Program admission is determined by:
- 50% Prerequisite course grades
- 40% Student interview score
- 10% TEAS for Allied Health Score
When you apply to the program, only the grades from the prerequisite courses listed above are used in your evaluation. These grades make up 50% of your total application score.
Your overall ATI TEAS score counts for 10% of your application score.
Please note that not all applicants will be invited to interview. If you are selected, your interview will make up 40% of your total application score.
