Community Alcohol &Substance Awareness Partnership
The Blinn College Community Coalition grant: BVCASA and the Blinn College District have formed the Blinn College Community Coalition. Comprised of concerned students at the Brenham and Bryan campuses, as well as school and community members, the Coalition’s primary mission is to reduce underage alcohol, marijuana and prescription drug abuse among college students by building collaboration and employing strategic, community-level changes.
