Community Partner Agreement
Service Learning
To be completed and signed by the authorized community partner supervisor, the student, and the Blinn College instructor.
This Service Learning Agreement is effective the date last signed by the parties below and between the Community Partner Organization (“Partner”), and the Blinn Instructor (“Instructor”) on behalf of Blinn College. All parties involved are referred to as the “Parties.”

Participant Obligations
The Instructor agrees that Students will:
- Perform tasks to the best of their ability.
- Adhere to Partner policies, procedures, and expectations.
- Respect the work environment, staff, and clients.
- Fulfill the agreed time commitment.
- Provide notice if unable to attend and make up missed time.
- Comply with Service Learning Student Guidelines.
The Instructor agrees to:
- Be available for consultation regarding student performance.
The Partner agrees to:
- Provide orientation, training, supervision, and feedback.
- Supervise students appropriately.
- Respect student learning as part of the experience.
- Tailor activities to course goals.
- Report concerns or incidents to the Instructor.
- Monitor attendance and sign time logs.
- Complete evaluations if requested.
The Parties will maintain regular communication for collaboration and mutual understanding.

General Terms and Conditions
- The Parties will use their best efforts to make the experience beneficial.
- This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
- No discrimination will occur under this Agreement.
- Disputes will be addressed through informal consultation.
- Any Party may terminate participation with written notice.
