Federal Government - Students are working with Democratic or Republican headquarters for national campaigns.
American History II - Students record the oral histories of area residents with an emphasis on national events.
Texas History - Students record the oral history of County residents and veterans. These oral histories are transcribed electronically and stored at Brenham Heritage Museum.
Sociology - Students are working with Goodfellows, HOSTS, United Way, assisted living, and other organizations that allow students to become more aware of social issues and concerns.

Wildlife Management - Students working with Texas Parks and Wildlife assist in a deer survey for antler scoring and aging, and Hunter Safety Training.
Agricultural Industry - Students work with local agriculture teachers assisting them with clerical and other duties.

English 1302 - Students work with Relay for Life interviewing, writing, and compiling the stories of cancer survivors.

Marriage and Family - Students work with local and area shelters assisting the staff of these entities in daily operations.

Oceanography - Students have designed a traveling reef that contains star fish, crabs, clams, sea urchins, sea anemones, sea cucumbers, and other ocean life that they take to elementary schools to give children an opportunity to touch and see ocean life.
Zoology- Students are working with the City of Brenham Animal Shelter to assist in the care and management of small animals.

Botany - In this ongoing project, students are working to create, maintain, and update an On-Line Herbarium. The Herbarium includes digital images from the past 50 years as well as new images of living plants.

Astronomy - Students take an inflatable planetarium out to local elementary and middle schools and engage the youngster in a guided tour of the solar system. Students also work with the Brazos Valley Astronomy Society to meet with public school students during select nights to view the stars and planets.
