Hall Closures

Hall Closure: Tuesday, November 24, 2026, by 5 p.m.

• Students must check out with their Residence Hall Director (RHD) before leaving.
• Students may keep their room keys during Thanksgiving Break.
• Students may leave their belongings in their room while they are away.
• Students may return to the residence halls beginning Sunday, November 29, 2026, at 1 p.m.

Hall Closure: Friday, December 11, 2026, by 1 p.m.

• Students must check out with their RHD.
• Students must turn in their room keys before leaving for Winter Break.
• Students may leave their belongings in their room only if they are registered for at least 12 credit hours for Spring 2027.
• Students who are eligible to remain in housing may return for Spring 2027 move-in on Sunday, January 17, 2027, from 9 a.m. - 4 p.m.

Hall Closure: Friday, March 12, 2027, by 5 p.m.

• Students must check out with their RHD before leaving.
• Students may keep their room keys during Spring Break.
• Students may leave their belongings in their room while they are away.
• Students may return to the residence halls beginning Sunday, March 21, 2027, at 1 p.m.

Hall Closure: Friday, May 14, 2027, by 1 p.m.

• Students must complete checkout with their RHD.
• Students must turn in their room keys.
• Students must remove all personal belongings from their room.
• Students should not leave personal belongings in the residence halls after the end-of-semester closure.
