Constitution Day
Constitution Day and Citizenship Day (also known just as Constitution Day), which commemorates the signing of the United States Constitution on September 17, 1787. In honor of Constitution Day, all educational institutions receiving federal funding are required to hold an educational program pertaining to the U.S. Constitution.
The Office of Student Leadership and Activities leads campus-wide Constitution Day activities across the Blinn College District. Staff and faculty work with many different student organizations and units on campus to develop a campus-wide approach to the celebration of our rights and responsibilities as citizens of the U.S. and to develop habits of citizenship in a new generation of Americans. See the paragraphs below, which outline how the Blinn College District is recognizing Constitution Day in 2022.
