Methodology for determining the compensation of executive staff employed by the agency: The current methodology was approved by Executive Council and developed by Fox Lawson and Associates to define the salary ranges for the college. The final hiring salary determination is made based upon internal equity, prior experience, education, unique skills or knowledge, and the living wage calculator.
Executive staff salary supplement eligibility: The College District shall not accept gifts, grants, donations, or other consideration designated for use as salary supplements. See Board Policy DEA (Local).
