From the soaring Broadway anthem “Defying Gravity” to Queen’s “Bohemian Rhapsody” and Disney’s “How Far I’ll Go,” the Sharpe Family Singers will bring an evening of showstoppers, family harmonies, and audience favorites to the Blinn College-Brenham Campus on Thursday, Nov. 19.

The nationally known singing family will perform at 7 p.m. at the Dr. W.W. O’Donnell Performing Arts Center as part of Blinn College’s 2026-27 Performing Arts Series.

Tickets are $40 and are available at www.blinn.edu/boxoffice or by calling 979-830-4024.

For an added local connection, the Brenham Children’s Chorus choir Young Voices will join the Sharpe Family Singers onstage for a selection of songs during the performance.

The Sharpe Family Singers combine Broadway experience with the energy and accessibility that have made them a social media sensation. The group includes parents Ron and Barbra Sharpe and their children Samantha, Logan, and twins Aidan and Connor.

The Sharpes’ story began on Broadway, where Ron and Barbra met while portraying Marius and Cosette in the original Broadway production of “Les Misérables.” After getting married more than 1,000 times onstage, the couple decided to make it official in real life.

Their shared passion for musical theatre extended beyond performing. Together, they produced two Broadway shows, “A Catered Affair” and “A Tale of Two Cities.”

The couple eventually brought their love of music home, raising four children who inherited their passion for performing. The family began performing professionally together in 2014 and eventually found an even larger audience online with vocal arrangements that brought their theatrical style to social media.

That combination of Broadway experience and contemporary appeal remains at the heart of their live performances, which range from musical theatre classics to current pop favorites.

Together, the family has built a worldwide following through its distinctive vocal arrangements and performances spanning Broadway, Disney, movie soundtracks, and contemporary pop. The Sharpes have appeared on “America’s Got Talent,” while Samantha Sharpe advanced to Hollywood Week on “American Idol.” The family also has amassed approximately 14 million followers across social media.

Their “Best of Broadway” production brings that range to the stage with six-part family harmonies, choreography, multimedia elements, storytelling, and audience interaction.

The Nov. 19 program will feature selections including “Defying Gravity” from “Wicked,” “Shallow” from “A Star Is Born,” “A Million Dreams” from “The Greatest Showman,” “One Day More” from “Les Misérables,” “Bohemian Rhapsody” by Queen, and “How Far I’ll Go” from Disney’s “Moana.”

The family performed its arrangement of “How Far I’ll Go” during its audition for Season 18 of “America’s Got Talent,” earning four “yes” votes from the judges.

The Sharpe Family Singers are the second act in Blinn’s four-show 2026-27 Performing Arts Series. Upcoming performances include “Uptown: A Celebration of Motown and Soul” Thursday, Feb. 4, and “The Dolly Show” Thursday, April 1.

All Performing Arts Series performances begin at 7 p.m. at the O’Donnell Center, located at 600 Blinn Blvd. on the Blinn College-Brenham Campus. Patrons also can purchase a $15 ticket to the pre-show reception, which begins at 5:30 p.m.
