Campus Facilities Reservation Request

Time Of Event: The start and end time should reflect the beginning and end of the events, not the beginning and end of facility request. Events will be submitted to the Blinn Calendar for advertisement purposes.

For table reservations, please use the Indoor Tabling Reservation Request link found under each campus SLA Forms page.

Reservations must be made 30 days in advance and cannot be made 6 months ahead of the date of the event.

Renters are required to submit a Certificate of Liability to the Blinn College District within 15 days of receiving confirmation of the facility reservation. The insurance must be in the amount of $1,000,000 in general liability and $2,000,000 for aggregate for any scheduled event.

NOTE: Money must be received 15 days before the event.
