Given the rich Czech history in Blinn's service area, these Czech courses provide an important opportunity for many students to connect to their heritage.

Blinn is one of the few colleges in the State of Texas to offer Czech language classes for college credit and continuing education.

CZEC 1471: Beginning Czech I
Class Duration: August 21 to December 11, 2024
When: Mondays - Thursdays
Time: 7:45 a.m. - 8:50 a.m.
This course is available as a credit and non-credit course.

Credit students
Students must attend all classes and fulfill the testing and evaluation guidelines outlined in the instructor's syllabus. A textbook is required. Students must apply for admission to Blinn to enroll and receive credit for this course.
Non-credit students
Students can choose to attend four mornings per week with the credit students, or they may choose to view recordings of the live class. Students may alternate between attendance methods as their schedule allows. A textbook is required, and there is no testing requirement.
