- Course Change: CNBT 1210 – Basic Construction Safety
The following proposals are to create new Institutional Certificates Leading to Credentials (ICLC) for workforce areas already in existence. This will bring Blinn’s Workforce credentials into alignment with the new guidelines for ICLC found in the CTE Manual for the THECB.

- New ICLC: Electrical Apprentice I
- New ICLC: Electrical Apprentice II
- New ICLC: Electrical Apprentice III
- New ICLC: Electrical Apprentice IV
- New ICLC: HVAC Technician
Richard Hobbs – This is a list of ICLCS and areas that we currently teach with electrical apprenticeship 1-4. This will allow students the opportunity to get four different levels of NCCER certification in electrical through the apprenticeship program. In the HVAC technician program, students will have the possibility of earning 2 credentials. These programs are currently running and will allow students to get the credentials that align with the guidelines.
Motion to consider the proposals as a batch – April Kinkead, Seconded by Bruce Gooch.

Announcements
September 5th is the deadline for submission for the September curriculum committee agenda. Please have your item submitted to Curriculog and through the process so the item arrives at the curriculum committee chair by September 5th. The dual credit is working on increasing the number of offerings and we should see agenda items for these additions in the future.
