    1. Course Change: CNBT 1210 – Basic Construction Safety – Tabled until September

The following proposals are to create new Institutional Certificates Leading to Credentials (ICLC) for workforce areas already in existence. This will bring Blinn’s Workforce credentials into alignment with the new guidelines for ICLC found in the CTE Manual for the THECB.

    1. New ICLC: Electrical Apprentice I
    2. New ICLC: Electrical Apprentice II
    3. New ICLC: Electrical Apprentice III
    4. New ICLC: Electrical Apprentice IV
    5. New ICLC: HVAC Technician
