Key Responsibilities Front Desk Hospitality: Serve as the warm, welcoming face of the organization—greeting visitors, assisting guests, answering phone inquiries, and ensuring the reception area remains inviting and professional.
CRM Growth & Data Entry: Support business development efforts by accurately adding new companies, contacts, and relationship data provided from spreadsheets, lists, and source materials into the CRM.
Microsoft Office Projects: Utilize Word, Excel, and other tools to execute administrative tasks, document formatting, report creation, and data management.
Team Support & Collaboration: Assist full-time and part-time staff with ad-hoc administrative projects as needs arise, keeping the team aligned, efficient, and supported.
Qualifications & Requirements Required Experience & Skills:
Experience: 1–4 years of experience in an administrative, receptionist, or office support role.
Welcoming Presence: Outstanding interpersonal and verbal communication skills with a genuine enthusiasm for helping people when they arrive.
Eye for Detail: Strong commitment to accurate data entry, clean spreadsheet management, and maintaining standardized records.
Microsoft Office Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of Word and Excel (data entry, basic formulas, formatting, and document organization).
Adaptability & Initiative: Self-starter mindset—you enjoy a varied workday and proactively pitch in on diverse administrative tasks.
Preferred Experience (Bonus Points!):

Education:
