We are trying to become a unique eco-tourism destination with our sister company, the BeeWeaver Honey Farm. We want people to have an amazing honeybee, honey, mead experience when they visit our farm and Tasting Room, and we are looking for a person who wants to be a leading member of our team to help accomplish our goals.

We also have a second location in downtown Navasota. This position will be located in either / both facilities.

This person will be a server in our Tasting Room. You will be interacting with our customers to educate them about our meads and beers and serving their orders. Depending on availability, this position may also work outside events, catering, and festivals. Schedule for this position is currently Wednesday -Sunday.

Responsibilities include:

Work with a great tasting room team, willing to take on all tasks to help the team succeed. Primarily responsible for interacting with customers, educating and serving them with an amazingly positive attitude Learn our products, both mead and beer, in order to effectively communicate to our customers. Be able to offer recommendations and food menu pairings Communicate efficiently with the rest of the management team. Enforce all Tasting Room procedures including opening/closing, cleanliness, stocking, preparation, etc.s Grow mead club membership and increase retention rate. Assist with mead club shipments (four times per year) and other mead orders; pack and ship as needed. Act as an ambassador for WildFlyer Mead Company in the community. Sunday Availability a MUST. Preferred Qualifications:

-Hospitality experience, including bartending/serving, guest management

-Experience working with a small team

-Experience working in fast-paced environments

Required Qualifications:

-Comfort around customer service, sales

-TABC seller/server certification

Must be willing to work weekends and evenings.
