Build- maintain- and improve dashboards and standardized KPI reports- including: output vs plan- OEE and uptime/downtime trends- yield- scrap and rework performance- FPY (First Pass Yield)- and cycle time- takt time and throughput performance. Provide daily- weekly- and monthly performance reporting to production leadership and cross-functional stakeholders. Ensure KPI definitions and reporting methods are standardized and consistent across shifts.

Data Analysis & Operational Insights Identify trends- process losses- and performance gaps impacting throughput- yield- and quality. Quality & Process Improvement Support Support cross-functional improvement initiatives to reduce scrap- improve yield- and stabilize production processes. Work with Quality and Process Engineering teams to correlate quality test data (EL/IV- defect classifications- rework events) with process conditions. Assist in measuring and monitoring improvement project results to ensure sustained gains. Track improvement action items and performance metrics through standardized reporting.

Systems- Data Integrity & Automation Audit and validate production data accuracy to ensure reporting is reliable and actionable.
