| December - January | Evaluate current fees and submit requests for changes. |
| December - January | Review budgets, meet with the Budget Director, submit requests for changes and/or additional funding to the appropriate Vice Chancellor's for review/approval. |
| January 12 | Fee requests due. |
| January 13 | Budget requests due with approval from Vice Chancellors. |
| January 14-30 | Information compiled. |
| February | Meet with Chancellor – Tuition/Fees and review budget requests. |
| February 24 | February Regular Meeting of the Board of Trustees. |
| February 25 | Tuition/Fees information to the BAIF Committee. |
| March 3 | BAIF Committee meeting – Tuition/Fees. |
| April 7 | April Regular Board Meeting of the Board of Trustees – Approve Tuition/Fees. |
| May 4 | BAIF Committee Meeting - Review Budget. |
| May 19 | May Regular Meeting of the Board of Trustees. |
| June 16 | June Regular Meeting of the Board of Trustees - Adoption of FY27 Budget. |
