Workforce Education > Continuing Education > HVAC MCE HVAC MCE Blinn College offers continuing education classes for HVAC contractors to meet the state requirements for license renewal. Blinn College is an approved provider (TDLR #1026) and the following course is approved by TDLR. Our course number is 3139 and we are an approved provider to update the HVAC MCE license for our students. The HVAC licenses will be updated within seven business days after the class is completed.
