Blueprint Reading for Welders

Course Description:
This course is designed to provide students with the fundamentals of blueprint reading common to the welding trade. Instruction and practical exercises conform to the standards set forth by The American Welding Society (AWS) and the American National Standards Institute (ANSI)
Outcomes:
- Understanding of the types of prints and various formats
- Use of views, dimensions, lines and symbols
- Applications using multi view drawings and industry specific terminology
