Division Web Pages Template
Guidelines
- Use the supplied division template located inside each division's
template folder
- Place your purpose statement on the opening page.
- List the division and assistant division chairs on the opening
page.
- Create a page for each department, club, activity related to
your division.
- Place the links to the department, club and activities in the
links area on the left.
- Within each department page place a table containing the faculty
for that department. The table should include the Faculty Name,
Office
Number, Phone Number and a link from their name to their e-mail
or faculty page.
- Create links on the left to the official course descriptions

- Information about academic support resources
Do Not:
- Create links to a departmental version of course descriptions.
- Place official calendar dates on your page (last day to drop,
etc.)
- Place additional graphics on these pages
- Alter the overall appearance, layout and fonts for the template
and pages.
- Place links to non-educational places
