Successful completion of all didactic/clinical objectives as published are required for graduation at 78% or greater competency. 

  • There must be a minimum number of clock hours of classroom and clinical didactic instruction.  GPA for clinical must be           
     “Satisfactory” and/or “Understands standards and meets expectations” for each clinical scrub experience in each appropriate case categories.

  • Minimum of 574 scrubbed clock hours of supervised clinical scrub experience in appropriate categories, as described on page 65 of Program Student Handbook, and 702 clinical rotation hours. 

  • Case levels and specific categories involved with the amount and types of cases needed for graduation will be discussed upon acceptance.

  • Completion of the Surgical Technology Exit Exam (PAE Exam or other ARC/STSA approved outcomes measurement exam).
