Tuition and Fees The per semester charge for the Physical Therapist Assistant programs follows the tuition schedule for Blinn College. Tuition and fees for the two year program range from $4,000. - $11,500. depending on residency status. Tuition is subject to change and may not remain at the above rate for following semesters. The program has additional expenses such as books, liability insurance, annual physical examinations and immunizations, CPR certification and clinical education expenses.
