Course Description:
Introduction to the systems and processes for collecting, maintaining, and disseminating
health related information. Instruction in the delivery and organizational structure
including content of health records, documentation requirements, registries,
indices, licensing, and regulatory agencies. Three class hours per week. Credit:
Three hours.
