Parking and Transportation

Campus Parking

Permits are required for parking on the Blinn College campuses. Students are encouraged to get their permits well before the first day of class to avoid delays and tickets. Permits can be obtained from Enrollment Services on your campus.  As a special service, prior to the Fall semester only, you can request to have your campus parking permit mailed. Texas A&M University Transportation Services

Blinn students may ride the Texas A&M buses for free. A Texas A&M bus (Reveille – Route 12) arrives/leaves Blinn’s Bryan campus approximately every 15 minutes. Visit http://transport.tamu.edu for routes and times or call (979) 847-RIDE.

Public Transportation

The Brazos Transit District provides low-cost bus rides covering 16 counties in Central and East Texas including Bryan-College Station. For fixed routes and rates, visit www.btd.org or call (979) 778-0607.

NuRide

This free social networking site allows Blinn students and employees to connect with people with similar transportation needs, especially within this region of Texas. Participants earn points that can be used to purchase goods and services. Visit www.nuride.com to register and request ride sharing.

Apartment Shuttles

Check with your apartment complex to see if it offers shuttles to the Blinn campus.

Bicycles

Bike racks are available on all campuses.
