We believe that education is the foundation for the cultural growth and development
of this nation and that we are obligated to promote, protect and advance the excellent
educational opportunities at the Blinn College. LULAC Council # 4769 at Blinn College
will promote educational and cultural programs that will contribute to an increased
sense of campus community; and or provide learning opportunities for the student
body. Our purpose also includes community involvement and promote the importance
of a degree from Blinn College.
