October events

First Officer Meeting:

October 19, 2005

We will be holding our first officer meeting on this date in the H building. Officers will be contacted by Natalie for the exact room location. Topics to be discussed include officer duties, meeting dates, fundraising events, shirt designs, and constitution revisions.

In Person Payments:

October 24, 2005

A representative from BCNSA will be available from 12:10pm – 12:50pm in room H-123 to take in person submissions of payments and order forms. If you have any questions about the organization, he or she will be more than happy to help you.

Shirt order forms due:

October 27, 2005

If you would like to purchase any of the items for sale through BCNSA (see order form under “Support Our Organization”), we must have received your order information by e-mail, snail mail, or in person by this date. We will be making future orders as demand requires, so if you don’t make this deadline but would still like to purchase anything, please let us know!

Order payments due:

October 31, 2005

You may either pay by check or money order (made out to BCNSA) when you submit your order form through the postal service, or payments can be made in person on October 24. A representative from BCNSA will be in H-123 from 12:10pm – 12:50pm. Cash payments will be accepted, along with check and money orders, in person.
