Counseling

Our consulting services—free to all clients—have helped many businesses in our area attract customers, improve their operations, increase sales and obtain financing.

We offer professional one-on-one counseling to help owners, managers and entrepreneurs reach their business goals. We counsel on a wide range of topics, including:

Our process starts with a short Assistance Questionnaire that you complete and return to us. The information we obtain from this questionnaire helps us to provide you with the best possible service.

You will be assigned to a consultant who will meet with you at your convenience to answer your questions and determine your needs. You will be informed of your rights and responsibilities as a client of the SBDC and will be asked to complete a Request For Counseling form.

Your consultant will continue to be available to you as your business grows and changes. All information that you disclose about your business—on the questionnaire and in counseling sessions—is held in strict confidence.
