Conference FAQs

Students and faculty from all institutions and academic disciplines can participate in the conference. Participation is not limited to Blinn College District students.

Individuals and teams are welcome to participate.

There is no registration fee.

No, the lead or contact person from each presentation group will submit one form on behalf of the entire team. Please be sure to list the name and email for each member, as they will be receiving an email to confirm their registration.

Yes, all members listed on the registration form need to be present at the conference.

Submissions can range from research posters, papers, demonstrations, and artistic creations in a variety of subject areas, including agriculture, natural sciences, health sciences, mathematics, business, engineering, technology, social sciences, humanities, visual and performing arts, and kinesiology. The conference will be held on April 18, 2019, in the Blinn College-Bryan Student Center. Submissions will be accepted between March 1 and March 29, 2019. Participants will be notified of their submission status by April 5, 2019.

The conference will be held in the Blinn College-Bryan Campus Student Center (map). Visitor parking is available in Parking Lot D and pay-by-space parking is available in Parking Lot E.
