Link to Brenham Campus Crime Statistics - PDF The Brenham campus resident halls are locked and can be accessed by use of a numbered code. This code is given to the resident of each hall and must not be given to anyone. The students also have a key that will lock the entrance to their rooms. Students are advised to lock their doors every time they leave their room. The Brenham campus law enforcement officers are certified police officers. The police department can be reached 24 hours a day by calling either (979) 830-4195 for reporting from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Any other calls can be reported by calling (979) 830-4100 or for emergencies call 911. Information on programs concerning campus sexual assaults or rape awareness can be obtained in the counselor's office. These programs are presented at resident hall meetings which anyone may attend, or they may be arranged for any individuals or groups requesting them. Students may report a sexual offense to the Brenham campus police at (979) 830-4195 to the Associate Dean of Student Affairs at (979) 830-4189, or in person to the Associate Dean of Student Affair’s office in Room 226 of Administration Building. Counseling is available in the counselor's office in the Administration Building or call (979) 830-4196. Blinn’s policy forbids use of illegal drugs and controlled substances,
manufacturing, possessing, having undue control, selling, transmitting,
using or being party to any dangerous drug, controlled substance or drug
paraphernalia on college premises or at college sponsored activities.
Any student who is in violation of these rules will be expelled from the
college. |
