Online Training

The Texas General Appropriations Act requires all state agencies and institutions of higher education to provide training on Preventing Sexual Harassment and Preventing Employment Discrimination to all faculty, administration and staff. This training is to be completed within the first 30 days of employment.

The Training and Development Department has a convenient and timesaving way for Blinn College employees to complete the state-mandated trainings online. Please visit each link below to complete these self-paced online trainings. Upon completion, print out your certificates and send to the HR department via campus mail ATTN: Brandy Scholze.
