Re: Sexual Harassment Training
The Texas General Appropriations
Act requires all state agencies and institutions of higher education to provide training on sexual
harassment to employees within thirty (30) days after they are hired. Sexual harassment is a form of employment
discrimination based on sex which is a violation of Title VII of the Civil
Rights Acts, as amended and the Texas Commission on Human Rights Act, as
amended.
