1. Add your permit on BORIS in Registration. You will use the following Call #:
- 9997 if you are on the Brenham campus
- 9998 or 9999 for the Bryan campus
- 9995 for the Schulenburg campus
2. Remember to pay for your permit - it will not be mailed until payment is received!
3. Select the Records tab in BORIS
4. Select Mail Vehicle Permit Request
5. Complete the information - all items must be answered in order for the permit to be mailed.
6. Please do not request permit multiple times.
1. Include apartment number if applicable.
2. Abbreviate when possible. Example: Parkway – Pkwy, Highway – Hwy, Apartment – Apt
3. Full payment or payment plan must be received for classes prior to permit being mailed.
4. Please allow 2 weeks for delivery.
5. Permits are NON REFUNDABLE and NON TRANSFERABLE.
6. Permits are not required for Minimesters.
*Parking permits will be mailed out for the Fall Semester only.
