Blinn College Regional P-16 Council

The Blinn College P-16 Initiatives Program was established in 2008, through the College Challenge Access Grant (CACG) provided by The Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board (THECB).

The purpose of the CACG funding was to stimulate partnerships and collaboration between P-12 schools, community colleges, four-year institutions, and business/civic organizations within the Blinn College service area.
