Instructional Design and Training

The mission of the Instructional Design team is to assist faculty with course design and development. We offer training on the effective use and implementation of the technologies adopted by Blinn College - (see 'Teaching and Learning' links below). Please let your instructional designers assist you in developing course content that meets quality standards for course design. Register for eCampus Online Training – required for all instructors teaching at Blinn for the first time.

Register for Summer 2017 Best Practices for Teaching Online - A pedagogy class for instructors currently teaching and those planning to teach online or blended courses. Prerequisite:  eCampus Online Training (Eligible for professional development credit.)

  • Option 1: Online May 30th -June 30th (Not self-paced. Weekly assignments due.)
  • Option 2: Face-to-Face 4 Day Session (Must attend all 4 days)  9am -3pm
