Blinn Board of Trustees approves Bryan Campus upgrades
Board authorizes the College to conduct renovations in Bryan Buildings A and G and replace Student Center boilers

The Blinn College District Board of Trustees approved several upgrades to the Bryan Campus during its regular meeting held Tuesday, April 21. The Bryan Campus upgrades will include renovations to replace the flooring and wall finishes of the first- and second-floor classrooms in Building A and the first- and second-floor corridors of Building G.
The board also authorized the College to negotiate and execute a contract to replace two boilers in the Bryan Campus Student Center with new, high-efficiency models. The project includes ancillary mechanical work for plumbing, electrical, and ducting connections.
In other business, the board authorized the College to negotiate and execute a contract with Weaver and Tidwell to conduct a series of risk assessment audits and audit follow-ups.
