Boehm, Jones seek reelection to Blinn College board

Two incumbents filed last week for reelection to their seats on the Blinn College board of trustees.  Dr. Henry Boehm Jr., Precinct 3; and Don Jones, Precinct 2, announced they will be candidates in the May 8 elections.  The Precinct 2 and Precinct 3 seats on the board are the only positions up for election.

Boehm, a family physician, has served on the Blinn board for 26 years and is seeking his fifth six-year term.  Jones, a retired construction company executive, is seeking his second term on the board.

The filing period ends on March 8.
