Blinn real estate program going online

Beginning in the spring semester, prospective realtors can earn their certificate online through Blinn College. Blinn’s real estate program will offer three online courses next semester and place the remaining courses online by fall.

The Spring 2010 course schedule offers online RELE 1406 Real Estate Principles, RELE 1211 Laws of Contracts, and RELE 2201 Law of Agency.

The 17-hour program provides basic employment skills that satisfy the educational requirements of the Texas Real Estate Commission for salesperson and brokers’ licenses. Blinn also offers mandated courses for license renewal.

Registration for the spring semester is underway. Students must submit an application, transcripts, and test scores. For more information, go to www.blinn.edu/twe/business/realestate.html.
