Full Text

The complete electronic text of an article is called the full text. Some databases, like Literature Resource Center, provide entire articles online.

Many databases offer two types of full: PDF and HTML.

HTML is just plain text without illustrations.

PDF is a scanned image of the article and includes all illustrations.
