Access to Business, Information Technology and Public Service Courses and Class Materials
Access to the Business, Information Technology and Public Service online classes and course material is available through eCampus. eCampus is a Web-based course management and collaboration portal that enables educators to manage course materials and to communicate with students.With eCampus, you can take surveys, quizzes, and tests; send and receive course mail; post messages to threaded discussions and chat rooms; upload assignments using online drop boxes; and more. You can check your progress and grades at any time during a course. You can also create groups and teams for project or committee work.
To access your class materials and courses, you will need your username and password.
Your Username is your 6-digit Blinn College identification number.
Your Password is your Birthdate yyyymmdd.

How can I request books that are only available from another Blinn College campus?

Computer

InfoTrac Newspapers
- A newspaper database which offers full text articles from local and national newspapers such as the Austin-American Statesman, Bryan/College Station Eagle, Houston Chronicle, Washington Post, New York Times, The Financial Times, and The Times (London).
Internet & Personal Computing Abstracts - This database provides abstracts and indexing for literature related to personal computing products and developments in business, the Internet, the home, and all other applied areas. Over 400 of the most important trade publications, mainstream computer magazines, and professional journals are covered, including those that focus on specific topics such as Macintosh and Windows platforms, programming, web development and more.
Regional Business News - This resource provides comprehensive full text coverage for regional business publications. Regional Business News incorporates coverage of 75 business journals, newspapers and newswires from all metropolitan and rural areas within the United States. This database is updated on a daily basis.
SIRS Researcher - A general database containing thousands of full text articles exploring manytopics such as arson, rescue operations, terrorism,and more. Articles are selected from domestic and international newspapers, magazines, journals, and government publications. Also provides access to images and reliable web sites. SIRS also has a companion resource just for government information SIRS Government Reporter.
Texas Reference Center - This resource includes more than 80 full text journals and books covering a multitude of topics related to Texas.
What if a periodical index does not have the entire text of an article I need?
If the full text of an article is not available in a library database, it is possible to check another database for the full text or determine if the library owns a print version of a publication. Refer to "Locate Journals & Magazines in the Library" for an explanation on how to find full text articles.

From the Bureau of the Census. Published since 1878, this resource, which is updated every other year, provides statistical information on the economic, political, and social make-up of the United States.
