| Please notify the library when a class is to
meet in the library, whether or not presentations by the librarians
are desired. Scheduling class visits helps prevent overcrowded
conditions in the library. Instructors are required to accompany
their students in the library during class time. Fill out the
following form as soon as possible to schedule class visits. Out
of courtesy to other library users, faculty is asked to conduct
student conferences outside the library.
