Scheduling
Reservations are made available upon request to faculty and staff. We have the capacity to host 56 students in our large room and 22 students in our small room. Subject to availability, these rooms can be scheduled for testing, finals, essays, research, or any other creative activity.
Requirements
Our rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis, and reservations can be made up to one semester in advance. To ensure fair access to this popular campus resource, we will accept reservations beginning on the prior semester's "W" drop date. All requests must be made in writing via email or in person to the Open Lab Staff.
Cancellations
As a courtesy to others who may be waiting for an opening, we ask that you please let us know as soon as possible if you need to cancel a reservation. "No-Shows" will be given 15 minutes from the scheduled starting time before the room will be released.
