Staff Director The Writing Room is under the direction of Daryl Herring, an English faculty member on the Brenham campus. Besides overseeing the day-to-day operations of The Writing Room, he serves as the writing tutor, teaches English Composition 1301 and 1302, and also teaches both creative writing courses offered here at Blinn. Mr. Herring received his B.A. in English from Baylor University and his M.A. in English (with a creative writing emphasis) from Sam Houston State University.
